Consultations

Call, email, or stop by for a complimentary consultation. We will meet with you to learn more about your property, the type of boat you might have, and the type of dock or lift you’re looking for. If you’re unsure, St Croix Dock can help determine what will best suit your needs based on things such as water depth, lake bottom composition, desired dock length, added features and accessories, boat weight/type, and more.

Estimates

After learning more about what you need, we create a formal estimate that gives you an overview of the different dock or lift components that work for you. We are happy to provide these either at the time of your consultation or afterword via email.

Revisions

After you have made a decision, our team will work with you to ensure that everything is just right. There are many options to choose from, and we want each customer to take the time they need until they are 100% confident in their purchase. Any explanations that St Croix Dock can provide during this time to help you make a decision are freely and happily given until you are pleased with your choice.

Payment and Scheduling

Because many of the items we offer are ordered to specification, St Croix Dock requires a deposit to secure your lake dock or lift purchase. This payment also holds your installation date and time.

Delivery and Installation

On the day of installation, our experienced service team will deliver your lake dock or lift. Some properties require the use of our barge to deliver your components by water if your shoreline isn’t accessible by land. We know there may be other factors that come into play for your installation process, so our team reaches out a few days prior to your installation to review your property and learn about anything we may need to be made aware of.
